3. Most consumers will never know if they got the lowest rate available unless they have used a Mortgage Broker to arrange their mortgage.

4. In the mortgage world its always better to be a prospective client to a new lender than an existing client with a current lender.

5. Mortgage Brokers are paid by the lending institution for introducing a new mortgage client to a lender.
